Want something custom? You’re in the right place.

I have a large design library and not everything can be listed online—so if you don’t see exactly what you want on the website, you can still order it as a custom. Whether you already know what you want or you need help narrowing it down, I’ll make it easy.

What You Can Customize

Custom options are available for many products, including (and growing):

  • stainless steel tumblers

  • glass cans & cups

  • mousepads

  • iPhone cases

  • beaded gifts (pens, keychains, and more)

  • coasters, magnets, luggage tags, badge holders, wristlets, and other giftables

How Custom Orders Work

Step 1: Choose your item
Pick the product/style you want (or tell me what you’re looking for).

Step 2: Choose your design

  • Choose a design from my catalog, or

  • Tell me your custom idea (theme, colors, name/text, etc.)

Step 3: Send your details
Use the form below (or the Contact page) and include everything you want on your item.

Step 4: Confirmation before I make it
I’ll confirm the details before production so we’re on the same page.

Custom Order Request

If you have inspiration photos, attach them too.

Design Fee Policy (If you’re choosing a design)

Design Fee: $3 per item. Each design purchase applies to one (1) physical item only.
Examples:

  • Same design on 2 cups = purchase 2 designs

  • Two different designs on 2 cups = purchase 2 designs

Important: Design purchases are a design selection fee only. No digital files and no physical wraps are provided.

Processing & Timing

Custom items are made to order. Processing time varies based on current order volume and item type.
If you need your order by a specific date (gift/trip/event), message me before ordering so I can confirm timing.

Custom Orders FAQ

I don’t see the design I want on your website. Can I still order it?

Yes! I have many designs that aren’t listed online. Message me your theme/idea and I’ll help you find a match.

Will I get a proof before you make it?

I confirm design details before production. If you’d like a proof preview, request one—this can add time to processing.

Can you use photos or logos?

Yes—if you have permission to use them. Send the best quality file you have, and I’ll tell you if it will print well.

Can I order matching sets?

Absolutely. Tumblers + mousepads, sets for teams, gifts for groups—message me what you want and I’ll help coordinate it.

Are custom items refundable?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless there is a defect or an error on my end. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me right away and I’ll make it right.

How do I care for my item?

Care varies by product. Each product listing includes care instructions—please follow them to keep your item looking its best.
